Christine Donaldson

Christine is an innovative and inclusive leader who is recognized for driving national initiatives that advance Canada’s healthcare system.
Prior to her appointment as CEO in 2024, Christine led HealthPRO Canada’s comprehensive procurement portfolio for pharmaceuticals on behalf of over 1,300 healthcare facilities across the country.

Christine works collaboratively with leaders across the country and globally – members, suppliers, industry associations and all levels of government – to spearhead strategic initiatives designed to advance financial value, patient safety, quality, sustainability and supply assurance for all Canadians.
Christine has held senior administrative positions within a regional hospital network, academic roles at universities in Canada and the United States and served as a board member on a provincial regulatory college. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Pharmacy) and a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Toronto, earned The Osgoode Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Practice and is a member of Health Canada’s Health Products Supply Chain Advisory Committee.
