With more than 30 years of experience providing consulting advice on the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB), Joan assists major pharmaceutical companies in developing their pricing strategy and preparing submissions to the PMPRB.
Based in Ottawa, she leads the Price Regulation Consulting team for IQVIA, providing in-depth analysis, expert advice, and foundational training on the PMPRB’s processes and policies.
Joan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Queen’s University in Kingston, and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
